After the first draft, you tell me what you'd like changed. I make the updates, usually within 24 hours. We go back and forth until you're genuinely excited about your site. Most projects take 2-3 rounds of revisions.

We'll keep working until you love it. And if we genuinely can't get there—if it's just not working—I'll refund your deposit. I've never had to do that in practice, but the option is there because I only want happy clients.
